Saffie Conteh serves as Safcon Homecare’s Clinical and Compliance Lead, providing clinical leadership and oversight to help ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality home care services. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse, Saffie supports clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and best practices while helping clients receive care that promotes their health, safety, and overall well-being.
Margaret Waruri Partner, Care Advocacy and Operations
Margaret Waruri is a formally trained Practical Nurse with more than 20 years of experience providing private senior care for families throughout Fairfax, Arlington, Loudoun County, and Falls Church, Virginia. She also has a background in paralegal studies and holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Healthcare Management.
Margaret brings extensive hands-on caregiving experience, care advocacy, leadership, and administrative expertise to Safcon Homecare. She is dedicated to helping families navigate care decisions while ensuring clients receive dependable, respectful, and personalized support that promotes independence and quality of life.
